• Tampered wristbands are not valid. Wristbands must be worn at all times and be secured tightly to wrist to be valid.
• Wristbands are non-refundable once purchased and are non-replaceable if lost.

• EXPIRATION DATE: VISITS VALID UNTIL APRIL 30, 2017.

• Valid during regularly scheduled park hours.
• The original credit card used during the purchase and a valid government-issued ID may be verified at the turnstile before entry to the park.
Please allow 1 Business Day for delivery of e-tickets. E-Ticket orders are processed and emailed throughout the day. Your E-Tickets are NOT sent immediately. Orders placed after 4:00PM Monday thru Thursday will be sent the following Business Day. Orders placed after 4:00PM on Friday will be processed and emailed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or emailed out on weekends.
• These are electronic tickets (E-mailed tickets).
• Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Employee Network office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Our office is CLOSED every Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays. Orders will NOT be processed when our office is closed.
