• Not valid for souvenir items. All-Day Dining does not include Dine With Shamu, Breakfast With Shamu, Cart locations, stadium vending or merchandise shops.
• eTicket must be redeemed at participating restaurants.
• Tampered wristbands are not valid. Wristbands must be worn at all times and be secured tightly to wrist to be valid.
• Wristbands are non-refundable once purchased and are non-replaceable if lost.
• Sharing and take-out is prohibited!

2017 Operating Calendar

Order Details:

• ALL Visits Must Occur By Expiration Date.
• Valid during regularly scheduled park hours.
• Valid government-issued ID may be verified at the turnstile before entry to the park.
• A Photo Entry verification system is used with Multi-Visit Ticket products. Upon your first visit, a photo will be taken using a handheld device and then stored locally for future visits. The photo is then used with each visit to verify identity upon each entry to the park, protecting your Ticket from being used by another person.

Please allow 1 Business Day for delivery of e-tickets. E-Ticket orders are processed and emailed throughout the day. Your E-Tickets are NOT sent immediately. Orders placed after 4:00PM Monday thru Thursday will be sent the following Business Day. Orders placed after 4:00PM on Friday will be processed and emailed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or emailed out on weekends.

• These are electronic tickets (E-mailed tickets).
• E-tickets are sent to the email address associated with your login account as a PDF attachment. Tickets MUST be printed in advance and CANNOT be picked up at will-call or shown from a mobile device.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase.
• E-tickets can be ordered and picked up at our Tempe Office 136 W. Orion St., Suite D-9, Tempe, AZ 85283. Click on the address for directions to our office. The Employee Network office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Our office is CLOSED every Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays. Orders will NOT be processed when our office is closed.
